SL.textbox.content("Introduction")

Secondlife is a wonderful and strange game. It has a long history of hosting all sorts of internet freakazoids across the ages, but i've only been playing it for a couple of years. I find a lot of joy exploring the delapidated remains of old sims, along with the new places still bustling with life despite it all. My favorite part is probably avatar creation, so this page will focus on that a lot.

SL can be played with many different clients, also called 'viewers'. I used to use Firestorm, but now I use Alchemy. That is to say, both of them are decent.

Me and my friends own a small building known as the RPGMaker Clubhouse. Stop by and say hello sometime.

avatar.astronaut.name("Badge");

Badge is of alien origin, arriving to this world via a fallen meteorite. It has a friendly yet strange demeanor, at times coming across as someone with an off-kilter sense of humor, and other times seeming completely manic and reckless.

It often sees the world as a toybox to explore, and enjoys meeting new people (regardless of if the feeling is mutual or not). The clothes it wears covers the entirety of its body, so it's unclear what shape Badge really takes.

avatar.artificial.name("Sorba");

Sorba is a large porcelain doll who exhibits expressionless elegance. Nobody is sure whether the doll's body is animated by magic or machinery, even Sorba doesn't know. It speaks in a very direct and flat manner, and never seems to show much emotion at all.

Despite this flatness, it still has things it enjoys, such as beautiful clothing and places. Sorba will clad itself in frills and ribbons and strike a pose for any willing audience. It is difficult to tempt it to try things that it finds boring at first glance.

avatar.automaton.name("Tart");

Tart is a robot created to try and mimic humanity's range of emotions. It has a flighty and anxious disposition, and will constantly ask for assurance when trying something new.

It's also a bit of a people-pleaser who dislikes this fact about itself, but isn't sure how to overcome it. Tart is easily flustered but enjoys the attention regardless, and doesn't know what to make of those feelings. It isn't sure how to socialize properly, but desperately craves a true connection.
